TCO PEG3 CH2CONHS

Share:

TCO PEG acid NHS esters are versatile adc linkers. They readily react with biomolecules with amine functional groups. The resulting TCO tagged biomolecules can further undergo fast bioorthogonal reaction with tetrazine activated molecules to form stable ADCs.

Axispharm offers 3000+ PEG Linkers with high purity. Different kinds of PEG Reagents may be available by custom synthesis.
