DBCO-Maleimide is a sulfhydryl (thiol) reactive linker. It contains a maleimide and a DBCO group. The maleimide group reacts specifically and efficiently with thiols and forms a thioether bond. It has been widely used for cysteine-containing peptides/proteins or other thiol-containing biomolecules conjugations. DBCO readily undergoes copper free click chemistry with azide bearing biomolecules and form a stable triazole hinge.

Axispharm offers 3000+ PEG Linkers with high purity. Different kinds of PEG Reagents may be available by custom synthesis.
