CAS: 905954-28-1 Amino-PEG6-acid

Share:

Amino-PEG6-acid linker contains an amino and a carboxylic acid end groups. The amine group can be used to conjugate with carboxylic acid, activated NHS ester, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) containing biomolecules through amide coupling or reductive aminations. The terminal carboxylic acid can be used to react with primary and secondary amine bearing compounds. The PEG spacer can increase the solubility of the resulting complex in aqueous media.

Axispharm offers 3000+ PEG Linkers with high purity. Different kinds of PEG Reagents may be available by custom synthesis.
